Our Online Fitness Classes are hosted via Zoom and are designed to use minimal equipment, lasting roughly 15-20 minutes each

Dumbbells
Not your average weights class. Expect fun, variety, and just the right amount of chaos. We’ll lift, sweat, laugh, and maybe question what on earth is happening (in the best way). It’s strength training—but with personality. Hosted by Amy or Karen. One or two sets of dumbbells will do, or bring your water bottles, tin cans or candle sticks - as one snacker once did.

Stretchcetera
Stretching etc Come for the mobility, stay for the calm. This is your moment to breathe, move gently, and melt away the week. Chill vibes only—existential dread not included (we’ll stretch that out, too). Hosted by Amy or Karen. You’ll need an emotional support chair and a tea towel.

Circuits
Strength meets sneaky cardio. Fast-paced, full-body, and just the right outlet if you’ve got a little rage to burn. You’ll leave sweaty, satisfied, and maybe a bit calmer than when you came in. Hosted by Karen. Mostly bodyweight exercises but sometimes a dumbbell is needed. Hosted by Karen.

TAPAS
Like small plates, but make it sweaty. A bit of everything—strength, cardio, core, chaos. It’s spicy, it’s punchy, and yes… we suffer together. Because nothing bonds a community quite like a hatred of cardio. You’ll need an aerobic step and some dumbbells. Hosted by Amy.
