There is a variety of classes from dumbbells, cardio, kickboxing, meditation and core.

Each Sunday a new timetable for the week is released based on instructor availability. Once this is up, you can head to link in the Whatsapp group bio or the book classes section of the website. Each month there’s a new booking code which you type into the coupon section. Other instructors have zoom links of their own.
